1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your purchase of RJPT SimLab, you must do so within 24 hours of the transaction. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via info@rjptsimlab.com or through your account dashboard. You must provide your order number and email address associated with your account. Cancellations are not accepted after the 24-hour window has closed.
2. Refund Policy
RJPT Informatics Pvt Ltd offers a three-day refund period for RJPT SimLab software. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within three days of your purchase date.
3. Eligibility for a Refund:
- You must submit your refund request within three days of the purchase date.
- You must provide the order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
- The software must not have been significantly used, as determined by RJPT Informatics at its sole discretion.

- Provide a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund, which helps us to better understand your needs and improve our services.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet after the 14 working days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rjptsimlab.com.
7. Additional Information
- Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser of the software.
- Refunds are applicable only to the primary purchase and do not cover any additional services, upgrades, or other licensing fees.
- If the purchase was made through a third-party vendor or platform, the refund must be processed through them, as they are bound by their own refund policies.
