RJPTSimLab:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RJPT SimLab software provided by RJPT Informatics Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, RJPT Informatics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the RJPT SimLab software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
Access the software in order to build a similar or competitive service.

4. User Contributions

Users may submit content, including but not limited to data, text, video, or images. By submitting content, you grant RJPT Informatics a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and perform such content in connection with the service.

5. Account Registration

You may be required to register for an account to access some features of the software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain aspects of the RJPT SimLab may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees charged to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RJPT Informatics expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RJPT Informatics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RJPT Informatics Pvt Ltd is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
